What is the cancellation policy at Swan Paradise Residences;
• In case of cancellation made up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the deposit is returned in full (possible bank charges are borne by the customer-visitor).
• In case of cancellation from 30 days to 15 days before the scheduled arrival, there is a charge of 50% of the total booking value (possible bank charges are borne by the customer-visitor).
• In case of cancellation from 14 days to the scheduled arrival, there is a charge of 100% of the total booking value.

Each apartment, depending on its type, can accommodate up to 3 or 4 people. Additional guests are allowed only in the case of children and do not require an extra bed.
What is the cleaning policy for the accommodations?
The accommodation is cleaned daily.
The apartments are cleaned and the bed linen and towels are changed every 3rd day.
